Science Fairs

I am having more anxiety about my daughter's science fair project presentation than she is. I don't know why but I'm guessing it's because her teacher is critical and I don't want Dayna criticized in front of the class. Dayna says she can handle it because this teacher criticizes everyone everyday. Sigh. One kid admitted he stole his project from an existing invention and called it his own and another girl admitted she was out of town for spring break visiting grandparents and her mom did her whole project. I say that if the teacher really wanted 5th graders to complete projects without their parents' help she wouldn't have it mandatory to use double sided tape and have everything typed. Anxiously awaiting news of how her presentation went...
